Zombpokalypse has been released as donationware some time ago by the independent game developer Inland Studios, LLC. Sadly enough, the game never payed off for the developer and if you read his blog on his website, Inland Studios have their doors closed since Feb 2011.
I think Zombpokalypse is a well elaborated title, which deserves attention in the scene - the animations are well done, you have plenty of weapons to choose from, the gameplay isn't very innovative, but solid, as you know it from countless alien-shooter games.
Give Zombpokalypse a try if you like survival-themed top-downshooter - this one is freeware and great to look at.
And, if you like the game, maybe head over to Inland Studios and look at their website and their other projects.
And don't forget about the undead . they want to be slaughtered. Really. They want that.
