Rosemary is a prototype, true. Its short, and it clearly lacks an introduction.
BUT, nevertheless I decided to add this title to the Runtime-HQ-collection. Why? Because this game, apart from being short and without intro, does so many things right, that it was a pleasure to play it.
First, the obvious: The graphics are beautiful, full of atmosphere, great lightning - each screen is a brilliant painting. The character-design and the overall HUD-design fit perfectly.
Now, the less obvious: Rosemary is great because the developers understood what an adventure game is about: It's about story! It's about getting the player to merge with the main character and hereby be drawn into the storyline.
Although this is an prototype, its a great game to play and the story is being told entirely. Its a pity that this game was not further developed. I would for sure be interested...
