Zombies, as nearly everyone knows since left4dead, are experiencing a come-back in both cinema and videogames. And I have to confess, that I like the genre, too. So its only logical to have this excellent game added to the runtime-collection: In Bloodthirst you steer a whiskey-searching survivor in a zombie and mutant apocalypse, armed with a propeller-like two bladed sword. Make use of this weapon and zombieparts will fall down to the rugged asphalt you are running on.
What can I say? 5 students, obviously from a spanish country (all the spoken word is in spanish with english subtitles) have created a professional hack'n slash game which easily competes with commercial titles - except for the length, of course. Animation, textures, gameplay and sound are all high quality and highly enjoyable.
This could very well be the beginning of a independent succesfull story like the penumbra series for example. Hack them zombies! Slash them mutants! They have the whiskey...
